By applying for admission to Gurukul Public School (GPS Budania), parents/guardians and students agree to abide by the academic and administrative regulations set forth by the institution.

• Admission is granted purely on merit and the availability of seats. The school management reserves the right to deny admission without assigning any reason.
• All documents submitted during the admission process must be authentic. Any falsification will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
• Enrollment is considered complete only after the payment of the initial admission fee and verification of original documents.

The school operates on a structured fee schedule to ensure smooth administrative functioning.

• School fees must be paid on or before the due dates specified in the academic calendar. A late fee penalty will be levied on delayed payments.
• The Admission Fee and Annual Charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tuition fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis only if the withdrawal application is submitted before the start of a new quarter, subject to management approval.
• For online transactions via the GPS Workspace, the school is not liable for payment gateway failures or banking delays.

Discipline is a core pillar of GPS Budania. Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of behavior on campus and during school-sponsored events.

• Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination is strictly prohibited and will result in strict disciplinary action, including potential expulsion.
• Students are responsible for the school property they use. Any intentional damage to infrastructure, labs, or library resources will be billed to the parents.
• The use of unauthorized electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones) on campus without explicit permission is forbidden.

All content published on the official GPS Budania website, including but not limited to the school logo, text, graphics, images, digital study materials, and software, is the property of Gurukul Public School and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website or the student portal without prior written consent from the school management.

While the school takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of its students, GPS Budania shall not be held legally liable for:

• Any personal injury sustained during regular campus activities or sports, barring cases of proven gross negligence.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings brought to the campus by the student.
• Temporary downtime or data loss on the digital Parent/Student Portals due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or school operations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
